The "Hammer" is my double bump canard quad. This is a very fast board. The Canard Quad set up is something that Rich Pavel came up with to loosen up the traditional fish. You have the same amount of fin surface in the water but it allows water to flow through the fin cluster making it looser and more forgiving backside.
